Food and Friends and Love

This weekend marked the kickoff of the 2nd annual Phil LeBlanc Memorial Tennis Tournament. It was a smoking hot day but it didn’t stop friends, family, acquaintances and volunteers from coming out to show their love for Phil and their support for a great cause!

Noshfood came to town with a sack of goodies in hand…somewhat reminiscent of Santa Clause.

I was thrilled to see that by days end there was not one crumb to be found. There is nothing like watching young kids devour the icing off a cupcake or cram a giant cookie into their mouths. I mean, sure, watching everyone else enjoy the goods is great and all… but it doesn’t compare to watching a little girls eyes grow to the size of dinner plates at the site of the table (Of course, only after a confirmation nod from mom/dad that they can, in fact, go face first into the goodies).

A wonderful day was had by all and I couldn’t have been happier to be able to help.

Next up - the Phil LeBlanc Memorial Golf Tournament! Looking forward to another great day of friends, support and love…and maybe some golf.
