I’m in my first week of working with cakes and had a request for a donkey. I’ve never worked with fondant before so this was my first attempt making (marshmallow fondant), and creating something from it. This donkey may look like his mother bred with an elephant…but quite frankly, I’m shocked he came out looking like any member of the animal kingdom.
