Tip of the Week!

If you’re ever stuck unprepared with cold butter when your recipe calls for softened, don’t panic! Put the cold butter, stick by stick, between two sheets of wax/parchment paper and roll out with a heavy rolling pin until 1/4”-1/8” thick. Peel off wax paper before it starts to stick. Voila! Softened butter in a pinch!
